Overview:
A bottle, under the hood, containing electrodes (about 1.5 mm [1/16th inch] apart), is (almost) filled with water. When the engine is started, the water is separated into hydrogen and oxygen, on demand, and the hydrogen produced is directed into a 2nd bottle and then to the engine through the air intake, which may or may not be mixed with gasoline, sprayed in, also.
